Green Lipped Mussel Powder is rich in anti-inflammatory properties which are beneficial in maintaining healthy joints and reducing the effects of arthritis.

GLM powder builds healthy joints as they are enriched with glycosaminoglycans, one of such is chondroitin sulfate. Chondroitin strengthens the joint and improves shock absorption, resulting in less wear and tear.

Green Lipped Mussel Powder is a safe and effective alternative from NSAIDs. GLM contain COX enzymes that offer the same anti-inflammatory benefits as NSAIDs. However, NSAIDs inhibit these enzymes and can have adverse effects on the stomach lining and harm liver cells. Green Lipped Mussels unlike NSAIDs, contain LOX (lipoxygenase) inhibitors – these enzymes help protect the stomach lining and liver from harm. Research has shown the benefits of using GLM as opposed to NSAIDs for effective relief from arthritis and maintaining healthy joints.

Note
